Alex was great! We changed the scope of the project a bunch of times as we worked through options, and Alex was always quick to respond with pricing, availability, and product suggestions. We were under a tight schedule as we closed the business down for a few days and had another contractor doing concrete work. Alex was exactly as scheduled to remove the carpet before our concrete work. He lost his helper so the project took a little longer, but he came in first thing Saturday morning to finish up before we opened back up. You could tell he really cared about the quality of his work and attention to detail. Can't recommend Luna Installations enough!

Highly Recommend!!!! Alex Luna provided exceptional service. I hired him to lay flooring for my mom and she LOVES it. He Showed up on time, communicated with me throughout the entire process and was very honest!!! There was a slight problem with the floor that we had but he kept me informed and was able to still successfully complete the job. He was also very kind! Alex was extremely professional and communicative well from start to finish. Great value and he quickly got rid of junk which had been piling up from the holidays. Highly recommend!
