- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate for one-time cleans is $37.50 per person, per hour.* We typically work in teams of two but sometimes send a third cleaner so they can finish more quickly or send just one person for a smaller job. The per-person rate is always the same. *Note that in Ohio, we have to charge sales tax on all cleans. In Kentucky, we do not.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For recurring service customers, we provide an in-home estimate. I visit your home, talk with you about about your cleaning needs, tell you about Maid Right, and then walk through your home--taking notes as we go. For one-time cleans we discuss your cleaning needs over the phone and then schedule a time for the clean.
