As the co-founder of Mode Cleaning Specialists, my sister, Leah Couch, and I expect all services offered by this company to far exceed the customer's expectations from a cleaning service. We do not cut corners and in fact, have researched every aspect pertaining to customer service, non-toxic ("green") cleaning solutions, and ethical proceedures to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. We may not be the first cleaning service to offer "green cleaning", however our decision to do so was not based on the market or sales potential, it was decided long before the idea became popular. Honestly, this decision was made because we've personally worked in the cleaning industry and the daily exposure to the cleaning chemicals was a bit overwhelming, not to mention dangerous. This drove us to find a better way that was both safer for ourselves, as well as our customers without compromising the effectiveness of the clean. We built this company together from the ground up and it's our personal mission to change the public opinion concerning cleaning services and the shortcomings that are attached to many of them.

My sister and I have a genuine passion for pleasing our customers and providing that peace of mind that everyone feels knowing their home is truly clean. In my opinion, obtaining a cleaning service is one of those luxuries in life that just gives you a feeling of completeness. A clean home really is a happy home, and I know this first hand, being the mother of four children. There is an energy within a clean home that really keeps the family happy as well as healthy, both physically and mentally. To me, that is the greatest thing that anyone can provide for another person. Seeing the relief on a customer's face at the end of the clean is priceless. I feel we provide more than a cleaning service, it's more like a cleaning experience.
