- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I simply ask for time and materials. I ask for $60/hour in exchange for my best and most efficient effort and reimbursement for only what materials are needed to find your solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm current learning Java programming, as I understand the industry has a great need for this. I'm also working toward a Per Scholas A++ IT certification in early 2014.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I'm positive, solution oriented person. I aim to please the client and help them find the solution they seek. I often know exactly what to do or can find a solution quickly. If not, I'm honest and happy provide a full refund.
