I have been using McCarthy's Home Services for about 16 months and have been very happy with and would highly recommend their services. One of the traits I like most is their excellent communication with me. While performing some remodeling in my home, there were days where access to certain rooms were not possible. They would always document what they could not access and let me know what they could and could not do. One time I had a clogged toilet and did not realize it and received a quick note stating the issue. It is little things like this that I appreciate and I think shows a high level of professionalism. All of the staff I have interacted with have been very courteous and professional. I also like the additional services they offer like stove and refrigerator cleaning. I would highly recommend.

What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide all types of schedules for house cleaning - weekly, every other week, every 4 weeks, move-in/move-out cleanings, and one time cleanings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you are looking into hiring a cleaning service - please make sure that the provider is insured. There are many independant cleaners out there - that if you hire, and they get hurt on your property - you are responsible for the medical costs. Also with independant cleaners you may be responsible to pay their taxes and/or unemployment costs.
