Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: My work and or business stand out from the other because I'm not some guy with an iPod and speakers. I have been a disc jockey professionally for 21 years...this is my life...my chosen profession. I don't book clients just by a phone calls or emails. I insist on meeting with you at least once to get to know you and help you plan your event. I want to make your event YOUR event, not mine and I will do everything I can to make your event stress free, worry free and memorable. 99% of my clients are referred to me by other clients, so I must be doing something right. I LOVE the prep work. Most disc jockey's spend between 15 and 30 hours preparing for an event, but the clients only see 4-5 hours of that work at their event, but the thing I LOVE most about my job is getting people involved on the dance floor. Watching people have a great time because of the energy I display to them by my actions. There is nothing better to me than to watch and participate on a crowded dance floor.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise customer to research. There are a ton of factors involved with making a good decision on a DJ, especially for a wedding. Make sure they have been 1) professionally trained, 2) Have professional equipment and sound gear, 3) Ask for referrals, at least 3, 4) How long have they been in business 5) Are they insured. There are no licensing requirement for a DJ, so anyone can try to do it.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish people knew the amount of prep work that goes on before the event. 15-30 hours per event, and the client only sees 4-5 hours of it at an event.
