I needed a personal trainer to help me learn the proper way to use hand weights and do floor exercises. Rachelle came to my house and by the time she left, not only did I feel great, but I had such a better handle on the best exercises to do and how to do them properly so that I can continue to do them on my own. She even brought various equipment for me to try so that I could know what I liked and what to buy. She was well-prepared to give me a full-body workout that I never would have been able to do on my own. She was motivating, creative and full of little tips to make a workout more effective and interesting. Rachelle is so knowledgeable and professional...loved her energy!

I have also been part of Rachelle's Body Sculpt Boot Camp for over a year. Over this amount of time she has tailored our workouts to continue to be challenging, as well as modifying for the newcomers. She connects with her clients on a personal and professional level and I know she would make a great personal trainer. I was fortunate to have a one-on-one session once with her and it was an excellent workout. I am completely thrilled with my results. I've lost 20lbs of fat and have gained noticeable muscle definition. I started by using 5lb weights and have moved up to 12lb weights for most exercises. So whether you choose to work with Rachelle in a group setting or by personal training, you won't be disappointed.

I've been attending Rachelle's boot camp at Eden Park for over a year now and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is friendly, fun, and most of all...effective! Rachelle is an amazing instructor with all levels of fitness and has an great balance of being able to push you to get the most out of your workout and also being sensitive to personal limitations. My Monday through Thursday morning workouts are something I look forward to each day. She puts so much effort into making every workout completely different, which removes the "boredom" factor that I have always experienced with exercise before I started with Rachelle. Rachelle truly cares about getting you healthy. Over the past year, I've definitely lost pounds of fat, gained muscle, and am almost down 2 pant sizes! I recommend her tremendously (either classes or as a personal trainer) if you want to lose weight, tone up or get back into shape and love doing it.

My experience working with Rachelle James has been amazing! I totally love the way I look. Rachelle is creative and innovative with her workout routines which leaves no room for boredom. Rachelle goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the most out of your workouts. She is all about making sure the client is happy with their results. She is always present and on time to class, full of energy and ready to get it in! I am grateful to have Rachelle as my trainer, she has really helped me build up my strength and endurance! Rachelle is amazing to work with. In particular, she brings positive and fun spirit to working out that gets you going (without being overly peppy). She is really supportive of my specific needs and pushes me just the right amount. I highly recommend working with her!
