Often times I ask for feedback from my followers, fans, customers, and clients to make the company and website more friendly and effective for everyone. I try my very best to make sure that each encounter is personable, effective and memorable. I love being able to make a positive impact on the lives of the individuals I train. I love to teach them so that they make it a lifestyle change and not just a temporary solution to whatever they are trying to "fix;" I want them to strive to continue living a healthy life because of what we have taught them along the way.

“I am a 40 year old man from San Pedro, Ca. I have been training with Coach Josh since September of 2013. I’ve been following his programs and I have to say I feel a lot stronger than ever before and have had nothing but gains. I started off at 185 pounds and then dropped to 160 pounds. Belly gone and then it was time to start growing. I am currently at 173 pounds. I’ve tried other programs, but these programs work for me. I will continue to work with Coach Josh and I can’t wait to see the progress for the summer. I’m going on 2 years of working out and I didn’t start seeing major changes until I met Coach. I hired and worked with Josh for 14 weeks. I had never worked with a personal trainer before. It was the best decision I made for myself. Even though this was all done through Internet, phone calls, texts and Facebook, there is no reason anyone shouldn’t hire a virtual trainer. I have had more access to Josh through technology than if I hired someone in the gym. He was an absolute delight to work with. He listened to all my needs and requests and created an awesome program. This program was challenging and he pushed me further than I had gone before. I get bored with programs usually after about 2 weeks; his was the first program I ever followed from beginning to end. I am 54 years old and am I the best shape of my life. I’m stronger then I have ever been. I would strongly recommend Josh to anyone who is looking for an excellent trainer.

“Wanting to tell you got a love hate relationship going with your program. Love the results; hate the workouts. No, really great program, couldn’t ask for a better program you knew just what I was looking for as far as the results I’m looking for. You sent me the program and told me to do what I could and when I can. It was easy to follow and giving me nice results. Gained size in my arms and chest have leaned down sitting at 11 percent body fat. As always you’re there when I need to ask you a question and I get a straight forward, no BS answer. Couldn’t ask for anything better. You’re not up my butt 24/7 wanting to know my every move and everything I eat. You gave me the program and yourself and now it’s up to me. We had a rocky start I won this program and started with a different trainer. That didn’t work so Josh stepped in and took over my training and made things right. Josh, even though I’ve never met you in person I consider you a close friend. As a trainer you’re the best one I’ve had so far; wouldn.t want anyone different. My 19 year old son is working on becoming a personal trainer; I’ve shared with him what you’ve done in hopes he turns out to be a trainer on your level. Josh, thanks again for everything you’ve done so far. I am 49 and currently weigh 183lbs with my body fat at 11%. Set a couple personal bests on your program and will continue to get more.” Been following Joshua for over a year now and still have the same Love hate relationship. But right now sitting at 179 lbs 8.6% BF hit new PR's on Bench Decline and Incline Thanks to this guy. Have added 3" to Chest and 2" to bi's would Love to work with this guy in person! Think my results would be through the roof !!! Awesome trainer as far as I'm concerned couldn't ask for any one better!! THANKS BRO!!!

I went to Josh 6 months post surgery and he modified training to build my core muscles back without causing more damage. His style of understanding the human body enabled him to build the right workout for me. I highly recommend Josh!
