- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to active duty, reservists, and Veteran families of all branches of the military, law enforcement, fire and EMS. We gift approximately $10K annually in wedding photography to deserving couples, senior portraits to at risk youth, and family photography for hospice families. If you know a family that could use a hand, please contact us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial contact seems to be via social media and email, but we also receive phone calls as well. After discussing a clients vision, I typically like to meet with them. Most often this takes place in person, but I've also had Facetime and Skype sessions as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in various continuing education opportunities; the most amazing being Shutterfest in St. Louis each year. There, I have multiple opportunities to learn from leaders in the industry in scheduled classes and after hours workshops and events.
