Introduction: I provide a service that a lot of people offer. The difference between my ability and the ability of others, I have a 12 year history of customer service and support that is top notch. I have supported the executive management of several of Cincinnati's Fortune 500 companies since 2008, and I continue to do so. This is the work that I was born to do.. I graduated high school most likely to start my own business, and have loved IT work and fixing/repairing/restoring PCs of all makes/models of any age, from DOS/Linux to Windows 10.

TJ Renner was very helpful and informative on what the issues were with all three of the tablets. He went above and beyond his cost to help me. For this he received an extra 10.00 as a thank you for being professional, informative, researched for information and sent me a link too the manufacturer for two new tablets, didn't charge for the two he could not fix. I highly recommend this company.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each service request provides its own specific set of challenges, and services. I tend to price each call along the same structure, but factors such as length of the repair, difficulty of the repair, and nature of the repair will always keep the prices changing.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified warranty technician on the big 3 brands, Lenovo, Dell, and HP. I have a certification for Microsoft Operating Systems Windows XP, 7. 8, and 10. On top of that, I have 8 years in the industry, and a life-time of passion for this business.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a young child, I had an uncle that was a quadriplegic, and because of this disability, he had met a man that provided computers to the physically handicapped. This is back in 1987, and 88 when the PC was just starting to show up in more and more households across the country. Seeing the PC revolution gearing up, my uncle decided teach me everything that he was learning by removing random parts from inside the system. He would tell me that in order for me to use the system, to play games, I had to fix it.
