CDH Interiors and Exteriors — Colin Heidel

Introduction: I have 7 years as an independent contractor, with business built primarily through word-of-mouth marketing. I had many more years of experience before becoming an independent contractor. I have been involved in the following projects: * Renovating two over 100-year-old Victorian houses that sit on the national historical society of homes. The project included the deconstruction of the interiors, so that only the outside skeleton of the buildings remained. Then we completely remodeled the interior. * Painting of the interior and exterior of a 4-unit, 4,000-sq. ft. apartment building in Wyoming, OH. * Building of a 3,000-sq. ft. explosion proof room in a distribution facility in West Chester, OH. * Converting an old Olive Green restaurant (4,000 sq. ft.) into an upscale law office. * Adding additions onto two homes in Wyoming, OH. * Complete renovation of a 3-story home in Mt. Adams that overlooks the city. * Multiple basement remodeling projects. * Painting the interior of a 1,200-sq. ft. home in Oak Hill Area. * Complete remodeling of a 1,200-sq. ft. home that was not livable into a very nice liveable space. * Several bathroom remodeling projects from replacing fixtures to demolishing the interior room, down to studs and joists, and from rebuilding to adding a bathroom where none existed before. Some of these have included under-tile radiant heat floors.
