FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It pretty much chose me. I was a jack of all trades. Didn't quite master anything and it was beginning to become an inconvenience. God blessed me with this job knowing that i loved the great outdoors. I decided to stick to it no matter what and master the trade. Its been a blasts...besides the slow start on establishing my own thing. But you must crawl before you walk.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Trim and remove dead and/or danger trees. Basically, I cut them down to size, then the fell trees into fire wood lengths, chop brush up.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Well, a disgruntled ex-employee cut down a tree that was at least 6' by 6' thick and about 40' high. Cutting that wood into moveable pieces was something he did not want to do not to mention the sawdust that needed picked up. He simply wanted to abandon the job and start another a few houses down. Well, I was under his command but decided to stay and finish the job myself. It was gruesome but I got it done. The customer noticed and praised me, blessing me in the process. I was particularly proud of that job because it was such a huge one. One that i thought would never get finished. In fact the pics is on my profile.
