Consumer Service

We are a factory-authorized service center. We service Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We service all electronics, including LCD, plasma, camcorders, projectors and all audio products. Main brands are LG, Pioneer, Sanyo, Samsung, Sharp, JVC, Hitachi, RCA, Insigma, Toshiba, Dynex, Westinghouse, Epson, Polaroid, Sansui and Panasonic. We have carry-in service and in-home services. Our technical service has over 30 years of experience, and our customer service is excellent. We have the ability to service many products at component level and are factory trained with updated technology on consumer products. Customers like that we are honest and forthright.
