- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is available on my website. For family or portrait photography I generally charge $75/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first connection is via phone to evaluate whether I can provide the services that the client desires. If I can be of service to them we will follow-up with an in-person meeting to talk further about their needs and to give them the opportunity to see some of my work in person. At that point they have the option to book me for their event or continue looking further.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was not pleased with my wedding video and as a result began shooting videos for family and friends. After a while I began doing photography as well. Non-family began to hire me for events and wedding and after a couple of years I decided to start my business and the rest is history. I have owned the business for 14yrs now.
