My hot water tank was getting up in age and I wanted to see if it needed replaced. Ryan came out and was very knowledgeable and kind. He was honest and said our tank looks great and he wouldn't replace it yet. He gave me a quote for a tank less system and it was reasonable. He answered all of my questions without issue. If you're looking for an honest plumber I'd definitely recommend A-Z. I'll for sure call them next time I need a plumber. Also they didn't charge a service fee, which other companies do and that's specifically why I called A-Z.

Unfortunately, my hot water heater was acting up. I was worried about how long it would take to get a plumber to assess and give me an estimate and then worried about the time it would take to remove and replace.I called A-Z Plumbing and Rich came to investigate the situation first thing on Monday morning. He quickly, calmly and efficiently found the problem, recommended how I can update the system while improving on the safety and completing the repair before the end of the day.Before he began work he offered many different payment plans to ensure that this repair was affordable and agreeableHe kept me updated as the day went on and finished faster than expected.Rich and his assistant were respectful of our property and our familyThe work area was left clean with NO MESSA-Z Plumbing gets 5 stars and I would HIGHLY recommend for all of your plumbing needs.There was no up charging and there was no hidden chargesThank you so much A-Z Plumbing
