We had a good experience with Demetrius. They asked a series of questions and determined we had a raccoon invading our roof. They set a trap and sure enough, they caught one. Once they removed the raccoon, they also added a one way door for an extended period to ensure that the area was clear of all rodents. Would definitely use them again.

Pest eviction came out and got rid of a family of raccoons in my attic and also repaired the hole and sanitattixed the attic they did Avery good job Demetrius is awesome I recommend them to anyone having a pest or wildlife issue

These guys are quick to respond, very thorough in their assessment of my rodent situation, and very fair on pricing. You’ll save time and money with Demetrius. I called first because rodents had over taken my building and we couldn’t figure out why and from where they were coming. Demetrius quickly identified the entry points, and strategically laid traps.
