A. Be comfortable with the your representative!

Ask lots of questions and feel comforable with the answers!

Be certain of the pricing, read the fine print to insure there are no hidden charges, fees or taxes.

Get it in Writing!!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Don't overpay for supplies (i.e. boxes, bubble wrap, tape, plastic, etc...). If you need supplies purchase them through a Home Depot or Lowes as they are significantly less there than at a moving company or supply store!

A. How long have you been in the business?

A. Moved date is critical. Whether than can move on a weekend or weekday.

A. We care about the customer! We wrap and protect everything as part of our service. We much prefer a happy customer at the end of a move rather than deal with claims or issues.

A. It's alway nice when a move runs smoothly and we can help a customer transition into their new home without a hitch!

A. Most often they asked about the duration or length of time the move will take.

Depending on whether or not we've seen the move our answer is typicall dictated by the size of the home, approximate weight of the move and the logistics of the move.
