I am Loan Signing System certified and NNA certified. I am fully commissioned and insured with 300,000 E & O insurance. I will make sure all documents are filled out completely with no missing stamps, signatures, initials, or dates . I know how to package loan docs, so escrow does not have to. I make sure documents are back as quickly as possible- Same day if I can. I know how to fill out Power of Attorney, Notice of Right to Cancel, and 1003 documents. I will be happy to travel to where my services are needed. The counties that I am willing to travel to are as follows; Ashland, Cuyahoga, Lake, Lorain, Medina, and Summit. Lena was exceptional! She was very accommodating when I changed our meeting location the night before our appointment when my mom was released from the hospital and returned home. (Notary services were required for POA to sell my elderly mother's car). Lena was very responsive in her communications with me and was very professional in helping me and our elderly mother sign multiple documents.
