Julie started working for me cleaning house in 2004. Over the years she has not only become my domestic assistant but my personal assistant as well. There appears to be no bounds to her capabilities to keep a clean and well organized home. She has really great decorating ideas as well. Not only that, she is an excellent cook and has helped with dinner parties. Plus she assists me with some of my business matters. She takes care of my home and garden and runs errands when I am out of town and away for the winter. Julie is completely trustworthy, reliable, creative, hardworking, and has a great attitude.
I enjoy Julie’s companionship. She has a delightful personality and has become a close friend to our family.
I cannot recommend a better more well-qualified person as a domestic and personal assistant (I just don’t want to lose her).

Julie is very dependable and hard working. She has been a godsend on many occasions and has gone out of her way to give me the best service possible. She is very creative in her suggestions for improvement to problem areas of my home, and has successfully accomplish those improvement of which I am very pleased with her results. She has shopped for me on several occasions and has always ended up saving me money! She is also very personable and my kids like her very much! I am very happy to have found this Domestic Diva!

If you have not noticed, Julie is my daughter. Please do not prejudge this commentary,because after reading it , you will agree it is objective. I share a home with Julie and her apartment is always neat and clean. I had open heart surgury this past september and Julie cooked and attended my physical needs. She had to drive me back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic for my many appoinments. She did so willingly and without compaint. She is the caretaker for my property year round, even though I am only there for four months. She cleans and does an assortment of chores for a family in Chagrin Falls and they have had complete trust in her for many years now. When that family takes extended vacations, Julie is called upon to be the properties caretaker. Give her a call and try her services, I am confident you will be satisfied.

A. I feel that if you are hiring somebody to do jobs inside your home a client should trust their gut instincts about a potential service provider.
First impressions to me are key-If you feel uneasy or dont "clique" with that person chances are you should look elsewhere.
9 times out of 10 you are usually right about your first impressions.If you are feeling uneasy about choosing that person,DO NOT hire them.Trust yourself and your instincts.
I also feel that you should genuinely feel comfortable around your service provider as they will be interacting with you and your family and pets on a somewhat regular basis.Treat people as you would like to be treated and respect your provider and they will respect you and quite possibly do a better job to please you!!
A. Appearance and.. believe it or not-the state of ones vehicle can tell you alot about a potential service provider.If you have a chance to greet the person you are to hire near their vehicle and look inside to check the cleanliness-You will find out alot about how they will perform in your home.
Afterall,If that person cant keep their own vehicle clean than how do you think they will perform in your home??
Also,If the person looks unkept and not neat in appearance the same holds true.See for yourself-It truly speaks worlds about a person.
A. I feel that before seeking out a service provider a consumer should know what they have in mind as to what types of work they would like done,how often and roughly what they are willing to spend.Know your budget.
These simple keys will make it much easier to get an accurate quote from a potential provider.
Perhaps making a list of possible duties and preferences to details they would prefer also helps immensely.Most are not mind readers so the more detailed you are the better the job will be to your satisfaction!!!Good luck!!

I was a quality control manager of a nationwide residential cleaning company.It was my duty to inspect employees work done in clients homes.It was difficult for me to give incentives to employees that just "Didn't Care" about their work-Its difficult to make someone ENJOY this type of work if they are meerly doing it for a paycheck.

A. Recently,I signed on a new client with an adult special needs son.She wanted me to clean and organize his living spaces.
He had a media room and she requested I use my professional judgement in decorating his room.She had purchased him Mega Wall stickers for his walls and requested me to hang the and gave me full rein to put them where I felt they looked good.
Well,when he returned home from his job he was elated and excited to see his room decorated with his favorite Basketball and Football teams.
She showed her husband the final result and he proclaimed.."You'd better SAVE HER NUMBER!!"
It made me feel elated to make another person so excited and happy about their space!!!I am proud to say that she has been a regular weekly client for nearly a year now!
