Mari is a talented Personal Trainer with an energizing and interesting personality, I never met anyone who could be sweet and mean at the same time.
Mari has been training me twice a week for 18 Months now and she has never had me do the same workout twice.

I am currently training with Mari and love every session I have had thus far!! She is such an awesome personal trainer/coach, is very knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to help get me to where I want to be. I am currently training for my first NPC show this coming April and thanks to Mari's expertise and great training sessions I am feeling very confident and excited to show my hard work off on stage!! Mari is one of the best personal trainers I have ever had the privilege to work with. She is friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to get to know the individual's fitness goals and tailors programs to fit each client. She helped me get in shape for my wedding and has been a very positive influence on me as I work out during my pregnancy. I feel comfortable talking to her about what I would like to accomplish and she is able to work with me as my needs change. I look forward to our sessions every week and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to take their workouts to the next level.

Mari is a fabulous trainer. Never the same workout twice, she is very skilled in increasing your fitness and health, regardless of where you start . Her boot camp style HiIT class is one of the best in the area and appeals to every fitness level. I recommend her highly; you won't be disappointed.

If you are looking for a good personal trainer, that will keep you motivated, and always make you feel challanged, Mari is for you. I have been training with her for years. I had little experience using free weights before I began training and would never use them when I went to the gym. I am totally confident using them now, thanks to Mari. I highly recommend her, and will be a life long client of hers!

A. There really aren't any secrets. If you are coming to learn something new, great. I can show you that. But nothing beats years of experience and hard work. Quick fixes will NOT LAST.
A. Be ready to find time in your schedule to commit to yourself. Other aspects will always try to take you away from something that is not yet a priority to you. Make yourself a priority, and realize this may mean more than 1 hour a week!
