- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not complicated at all. You decide which package fits your needs and we quote you a price! It is pretty much standard with seasonal discounts for bridal shows, etc., and what we quote is all you will pay!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are and have been members of NOVA and attend monthly meetings to discuss up and coming techniques being used. They offer speakers to explain different equipment, etc. We also subscribe to many monthly magazine editions to read up on the ever changing industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As partners,we have always been connected to bands, music, video, etc. It is just something we all grew up having interest in.
