Introduction: I work with each client addressing their individual needs, increasing the difficulty and intensity in a safe, supportive pace. I have been teaching yoga for 6.5 years and work with students of all ages and body types. I prepare each student's yoga program based on what he or she is looking to accomplish, and meeting each student where he/she is that day. Yoga is and should be accessible to all people, leaving each student feeling stronger, more flexible, focused, calm and peaceful.
I love seeing student's grow! As our sessions move forward, it is wonderful to watch a student get a little deeper into a pose and to see that confidence and power build not only in the student physically, but also in his or her head. There is also a great feeling of accomplishment when a student starts off class feeling stressed out, and I watch that stress melt away by the end of class.
