My name is Ronald Pfierman. I am a master trainer/canine behavior modification specialist with over 30 years of experience.

I have developed a non-confrontational dog training philosophy. I specialize in all aspects of raising, housebreaking and obedience training puppies.

Your pup or dog moves into our home while he/she is here, so the transfer back home is simple. I appoint you the leader on your first lesson and teach you a simple 10-minute exercise to maintain that role at home.

When your dog returns home, he/she assumes a more submissive cooperative state of mind.

This is a small intimate setting, and I practice real-life exercises such as door greeting, greeting people, walking calmly on a leash, and going in and out to go to the bathroom in a calm manner. We tackle any behavior issues and specialize in protection work.

I then teach you to be a calm and assertive leader.
