I received a response from the company in just a few minutes. I had a toilet leaking from the base on the Friday morning of Memorial Day weekend. I was frantic because I has a house full of family visiting from out of town. In only 10 minutes they'd scheduled someone to come out. Antonio was punctual, friendly and VERY knowledgeable. He accurately assessed the problem and provided me a clear and simple explanation. Upon review, Antonio also identified another issue which he said didn't have to be done immediately but should be repaired soon. I appreciated that there was no high-pressure tactics to get it done. However, it made sense to me to go ahead and have it repaired by Antonio. He did an EXCELLENT job and the replacement part was an upgrade from what was originally there. I will DEFINITELY use this company again, and I HIGHLY recommend them (& Antonio)!😊
