- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a base service call fee to come out and diagnose your appliance. We will apply that towards the cost of the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an authorized service provider for majority of the manufactures. Techs are trained and have the full support and information related to repairs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the repair center is authorized for the product you have. In some instances the appliance carries extended warranty on parts. Also being authorized for manufacturers we have easy access to bulletins and information that is not made available to unauthorized service centers.
