A. I'd wish I knew how many charlatans there where out there? Too often, Vehicles are torn down (the easy part) with money paid upfront. Then more money is paid, work slows down. More money is paid. Meanwhile they have started other jobs, and the job is never finished. Sometimes the hourly rate may be reasonable, but what you don't realize is that their hour may be only 30 minutes or less.
