"Better Body Boot Camp" for women is now offered at two locations: Grandview: Mon/Wed. 6-7 p.m. (indoors)
and Saturdays 10-11 am in the Park
Gahanna: Tues/Thurs. 6:30-7:30 pm
Saturdays 10-11 am in the Park
New A.M. class great for new moms or beginners: Mon/Wed. 9:45-10:45 am
Both boot camps run in four week sessions. You can choose to attend 2x or 3x per week.

Both boot camps are high energy, result driven so you will maximize your results. If you attend boot camp regularly and eat a healthy, portion controlled diet, you will lose weight, body fat and inches in just a few weeks! I worked with Nancy for serveral months - before I left the Columbus area. She was terrific to work with. She pushed me when I needed it and eased off on the days when I needed it. Her workouts were really varied so I never got bored. It was my first experience with a personal trainer and it was terrific. I wish I could have taken her with me when I moved!

Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be prepared to work hard and sweat. The rewards are great. They are not only physical rewards but emotional and mental rewards as well. You will leave a different person and you will be in better control and in tune with your own body. If you put 100% into getting healthy and fit - you will get that back and more! Don't underestimate yourelf and what you can accomplish! It's all up to you.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I am a certified personal trainer - specializing in women's fitness and health. As a woman, I know the types of exercises we should and need to be doing that are most effective! I also offer tons of motivation, support, encouragement and nutritional information to help my clients reach their goals.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am an extremely motivating and fun person whose main concern is to make sure my clients receive the most effective, safe and fun workout they possible can. I monitor all of my clients progress and give them lots of support and encouragement. I also give them ongoing nutritional guidance and information so that they can reach all of their fitness and health goals.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love all the new people I get to encounter every day. I also enjoy watching my clients increase their strength, endurance, confidence, fitness level and watch their body transformations before my very eyes!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. What can I do on my own when I am not training with you? I give all my clients "homework" and workouts they can do on their own and encourage them to cross train so that their body never plateaus and they will constantly see results. Variation is the spice of life!
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I have been amazed at how women with the right attitude - making a commitment to themselves to work really hard at boot camp, try their best, put out 100% effort and push through some discomfort will achieve amazing results.
Everyone can do it if they set their mind to! The rewards are abundant and nothing feels better than taking control of your own body, mind and soul!
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I an a fitness enthusiast and I have been exercising for years (over 30 to be exact). I want to share my knowledge and experience with others.
I love the way I feel after a great workout and I wanted others to feel that way too. It's a natural high!
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes, always. I am always researching, studying and reading up on the latest trends, new exercises, and increasing my certifications.
