They did a good job cleaning up my carpet. However, the pricing seems a bit flaky. They gave me an initial quote at price A and seemed very confident about it. Then on the day of cleaning, they came into the house and did not say anything at all that they would charge more for xyz reasons, until after they finish the job, they told me that they decided to charge me more afterward due to abcxyz reasons. Therefore, it is not straightforward to deal with.
