Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Residential houses; however, we have several business clients as well. We clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, and even vehicles.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be sure to check for hidden fees, often times companies will say things like "5 rooms for only $99" - if something sounds too good to be true it probably is. Ask questions and don't be afraid to search around. My company isn't always the cheapest, but we're the best!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are more eco-friendly, natural, dries fast, stays cleaner longer, family owned and operated, and we don't have hidden fees EVER!
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. That my whole family is involved and I get to meet a lot of new people. I'm passionate about my job and I get to share that when I network and speak at events.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Can you get out pet stains? Yes, we even have an extra product called benefect that is made from thyme that we use as a deotorizer.
What are your hours? Our hours vary we try to work Mon-Sat 9a-5p; however, we work around the needs of our customers and have worked many Sundays, evenings and early mornings to accomodate the needs of our clients.
