    Creative Cuisine has been providing catering services for events that I help coordinate for four months, sometimes as often as five days per week. Their quality of food is spectacular and their staff is amazing. The service I have received and continue to receive from Creative Cuisine is personalized and responsive. I have zero complaints about this company, they have exceeded my expectations

    As an Event Coordinator for a non-profit, I have relied on Creative Cuisine for the catering, room and table decor, and the logistics needed to support our functions. These events have ranged from workshops, luncheons, to receptions and symposiums and I have not been dissappointed with my business decision. Creative Cuisine has always been attentive and accommodating to the needs of our organization (even with numerous last minute changes!) It's so very important during fundraisers that our donors enjoy themselves and that not even the slightest detail slips through the cracks. We have always been serviced with their friendly and efficient staff and they seem to be well prepared to expect the unexpected. They make me look good!
    The food is great and often when I consult with them on an upcoming event, they will will suggest a fun, creative option that always seems to wow my guests.
    I highly recommend Creative Cuisine!

    Great business, quick and efficient. Also as a bonus they use earthy friendly serving utensils, plates, cups, etc. Les is wonderful to work with and we will continue using this service :)

    We use Creative Cuisine Catering services for many of our education events and they alwasy provide excellent customer service along with outstanding menu options. They also are very flexible in adjusting the numbers at the last minute for us. They are alwasy on time with all of our catering orders and the staff is very friendly and helpful in helping us set up our events.

    I have been using creative cuisine for years. the food is very good, the staff is awesome, delivery is always on time. A great place to order from whether a box lunch or a hot meal. You will not be disappointed.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. No job is common. We are a very diverse company and do a large amount of daily breakfast and lunch deliveries along with Weddings, Corporate and Social events.

Our staff each have a niche of the clients they server which make us unique

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Have a budget to share with your caterer. Giving your budget up front gives us a chance to get you a proposal that makes you comfortable. Since we work with clients from low to high, having a budget really save you time and money.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. We suggest that clients do some homework and have an idea of what they want there event to be. Looking through magazines and creating an inspiration board helps us tailor a proposal that matches your personal style.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are a small team with the owners working side by side with the staff everyday to insure we make each event the best it can be. Most of our staff has with Creative Cuisine for a number of years and we all care about our clients.

We truly believe that you are only as good as your last event.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. The pricing is different form vendor to vendor because of the quality of the raw products they are using. This can make a big difference in the taste and presentation of the food.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. We attend several national trade shows and follow all the national trade publications to keep up on all the latest trends and new products in our industry

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. I think that the Food shows on TV have elevated clients to want more and different ideas. This is exciting on all levels for us , the guest and the client.

We get very excited when clients want us to think outside the box.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. It takes a number of years of very hard work and education to be in the catering industry. Each event is unique and requires a season event professional with a strong in the field experience.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?

A. We constantly add new equipment, display props and we charge our suppliers with the mission to bring us the best new products each season.
