Planning a wedding is stressful and takes a lot of work, time, and patience. We want to help. Extra Ordinary Events has been in the wedding business for 10 years. We have been a big help to brides in PA, VA,and WVA and now, we are coming to Ohio. We do traditional, untraditional, theme weddings, and anything else that you and I can come up with!
We can be as creative as you would like. We have done Cinderella weddings (carriage and all!), grand traditional weddings, Halloween weddings and everything in-between! And, we will always work with your budget. We want you to have fun, and keep your wallet in check!

Mykel did a fabulous job bartending our Christmas party this past year. She was prompt and professional. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I will definately be calling her again for her services when we host our next event. Thanks Mykel for all of your hard work!

Thank you for making our wedding such a wonderful experience. Your catering was wonderful and we got compliments from our guests. Mykel was not only very professional and prompt, but she went above and beyond to help with every aspect of our wedding. She and her staff came early to the reception site and was beyond what I could have hoped for. The food was delicious and her service was extraordinary. I would highly recommend Extra Ordianary Events for your Wedding! If you want a Caterer or Event Planner...she is the person to call!!

A. Do your homework on party, event and wedding planners before you hire. Many planners require contracts, which you should read carefully before signing.
» Hire a planner who will listen to what you want and need and will advise you on how to make it all work within your budget.
» As you interview people, look for someone who is receptive to your desires and won't impose his or her will over yours.
» There are plenty of great professionals out there. Find one you trust and who will treat you well.
» Determine a budget.
A. I wish customers knew how to stay away from certain planners pricing systems. The most important thing to know is that it is alaways best to go with an hourly planner or one with a set rate. This way you are getting your moneys worth. Some planners charge a percentage of the whole wedding. That way they can up the price and get more for they're services. Trust me they are not trying to help your wallet only theirs.
A. Ask everything that comes to your mind. No matter how big or small. A planners job is to know what you need and if they don't know its their job to find out quickly. make sure you give them every idea that you have and always stay involved. It's your day! Planners are there for moral support and guidance.
A. Clients should know how much work they want to put into their wedding. Or if any at all. This way you will have an idea of your budget.
