There are many personal chef services that will come into your home andprepare a weeks worth of meals for you and your family. Wellness Forum Foods will do the same thing, but we will also prepare and deliver jsut one meal and we will still do it to your taste. So if you don;t like spicy food we can leave out teh spice, or if you are gluten intolerant, we can prepare many of our dishes gluten free. And, the is no committment to order every week, order when you want to.
