- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer all of our new accounts a week of free service. This allows you to see if we are a fit for your business and it gives us some time to fully understand your cleaning needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process to get started is quick and easy. Once you express interest in our services, we will schedule a time and date to conduct a walk-through. This is a time where we are able to see your space and talk to you about your expectations and desires. This walk-through takes about 30-45 minutes. Within one day of the walk-through, you will receive a tentative proposal that includes a custom, detailed list of services that we will provide to your space. The proposal will also list our price for your proposed cleaning program. Upon your approval, we will begin our week of free service. After that week we will finalize the proposal and begin service. We do not lock our clients into any type of long-term commitment. Our contracts run month to month and we just ask that you give us two weeks' notice if you would like to cancel our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the commercial cleaning space for a little over four years. This time in the industry has provided me with many important skills and techniques. Prior to starting my own business, I worked for a janitorial service company that had been in business for 30+ years.
