- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate repair pricing. Assuming there are no parts needed that is all the customer pays. This includes the free drop-off and pick-up service. If parts are needed we find you the lowest price for that part and again that is what you pay no mark-up.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
One of the biggest things we are good at is getting rid of viruses. This is the most common issue we run into. It is important to get rid of viruses as soon as possible. The longer they stay the more damage to your computer. We can fix this for you in a timely manner and get your computer running back to normal in no time. Let us be the only one you call when your computer needs rescued.
