- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to renew our certification every 2 years just like everyone else.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I became an instructor to help at my job and I always hated filling like I was the only one taking all day to complete the test, second guessing myself. I want people to feel comfortable in my classes. Feel like if that had question they could ask and not feel the pressure to get finished with everyone else. So people told me that I should start teaching my own classes and my sister bought my first manikins.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I give them there card before they leave after completing the course and give them a thank you note and my business card to so that I appreciate that they could have went anywhere else but came to us.
