A. Helping people learn some basic knowledge about the electrical safety, wiring and energy saving ideas around their home, office workshop or business.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why did it (outlet, switch, light, circuit breaker) stop working. The most common reason is do to a loose connection or overload in the wiring system. Over time the connections overheat and damage/burn some part of the electrical system and they quit working.
