Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We don't cut corners like a lot of the younger people in the business and we don't work too fast trying to make ever more money like a lot of the older people in the business.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The look on our customers faces when they see a beautiful brand new looking wood floor where an old dingy wood floor used to be. I think my favorite compliment was a woman who had her wood floors refinished before she sold her house said, "If the floors had looked this good before I wouldn't have sold the house!"
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Will there be a lot of fumes, odors?
No, not with the new VOC laws, there will be very little odor when you get back into your house.
