Donan remodeled our bathroom, which not only needed upgrading from 25 years ago, but also needed a complete makeover, he patiently completed the project in 2 days and we were very pleased with the outcome. Donan was very professional and efficient. Always on time and willing to work with our schedule. I look forward to having him do more work in the future.

I hired Mendez's Painting and Remodeling to paint a two-story foyer, trim work, doors and moulding. Donan's crew showed up prepared and ready to work. My job took more than one day and his crew did a much appreciated job of cleaning up each day. They did not do much prep work, but have a steady hand and pay attention to detail. I feel that for their highly competitive rates, they are a great deal!

I have known Donan 4+ years. I have found Donan to be trustworthy, efficient and highly professional. He is very dependable and completes projects on time with minimum inconveniences. We have had Donan to upgrade and modernize our 1960's bathroom. It created a " WOW " effect when finished. I have other projects that I will turn over to Donan and his highly skilled talents.

A. To ask for insurance, reference and years experience on the profession.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The things i would like to know is if they have good referances and many years experience on the field, this things are really important because that s the only way to know if what they charging is fear for the service

A. I offer professional service at a low price, we have the lowest prices on town

A. When i comple a job and see that customers are really happy

A. My favorite story is when i completed a really old bathroom from the year 1960, when i was done the customers was so happy with the job and it only took me 2 days to get it done, i even got tips for my good job
