Rick is very knowledgeable, helpful and in short is a great person with whom to work on a web site. He offered several very professional looking templates from which we could chose our design. He spent a great deal of time teaching me how to update the web site when it was finished. Since the launch Rick has always been responsive when I have had a question about how to do something with the web site, has made suggestions to improve the site and has made the changes/updates quickly. He always responds to my email questions. I feel that there is great value in the service Rick offers at the price he charges. With the change in the design to the web site Rick created for us, we have seen an increase in our email traffic for inquiries. We receive compliments on a regular basis about our web site and have in fact booked business because of the professional nature of our web site. I have recommended that other people in my industry (horse drawn carriages and limousines) contact Rick to help improve their sites.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Building a website is like buying a car. There are several options and levels of quality. My projects are based on an hourly rate and I can work with any budget.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a drummer in a band when I was 12. We were naturally going to be famous so we needed a website. I learned HTML and the rest is history (we didn't get famous).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Stay away from the "website tonight" or DIY website providers. You will spend too much time and not get the results you want. Hire a professional and focus on your business.
