I try to help people that have problems in their home, such as plugged drains or leaky faucets, broken electrical outlets, lights that won't work, toasters that don't toast, coffee makers that won't make coffee, and dryers that don't dry clothes.
I do those little annoying things that cost too much for a plumber or electrician to fix, but are needed to make life a little more pleasant. God knows there is enough misery in the world and sometimes these little things can drive people nuts.
If I fix it then I charge a small fee, usually around $20.00 or less. If I don't fix it, I don't charge anything. I will only travel about 20 miles without getting some gas money though. Is that fair?
