Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. The most commom types of jobs we conduct is maid service, deep cleans and carpet cleaning.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The quality of work.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Palmer and Palmer work stands out more then others because we care about our clients cleaning need. With our family having the same cleaning needs as our clients, we understand the importance to get it done. Our equipment is not shabby or we don't use store bought cleaning solutions; we are Dry Tech affilates who use commercial equipment and solutions approved by E.P.A. We also use dry extraction cleaning and no steam. The dry extraction is not totally dry but dryer than steam. Steam browns your carpet and could cause the fabric to mildew due to the amount of water and mositure used with steam cleaning.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. What I like most about what I do is that I like cleaning, I like the comfort of having something clean and no worries later because it was cleaned right the first time. I like that I am flexible with hours and times for my clients because I am a mother and wife who also has to work around family schedules.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Do I like what I do? Yes. Have I cleaned my carpet and upholstery before? Yes, every few months or when needed. Does your equipment cause splashes when carpet and upholstery cleaning? No. How long have you been cleaning? All my life. Do you have carpet and upholstery protector? Yes, and is included in the service fee. How long does it take you to clean? Because we are so detailed, it could take up to 30 minutes to an hour to clean a room furnished and unfurnished. How long does it take to carpet clean? Depending on the size up to 1 1/2. Do you wash walls when you clean? Yes, we wash walls not just spray cleaner and wipe. Are you insured and bonded? Yes, we are insured and bonded. Do I employ others to help out with jobs? Yes, depending on the type of servicel, I do have 2 employees who are covered under my insurance and bond coverage. Is your consultation free? Yes, free consultation.
