HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Education is based upon the idea that childbirth is a transformative process to be embraced. Our bodies are made for birth, if we choose to believe. Birth does not have to be dramatic or comedic event. Instead, birth can be a gentle, calm and loving experience for mother, baby and birth companion.
We teach parents tools and techniques, which allow mothers to relax on their birthing day. Birth companions are educated on how to support mothers as an advocate, comfort measures, and more.
At Sacred Beginning, I have supported many families in their birth choices, from hospital to home birth, unmedicated to medicated birth, VBAC, and cesarean section preparation.
My services include HypnoBirthing® childbirth education instruction, hypnotherapy and Reiki maternal services, birth plan preparation, VBAC preparation, C-section preparation, labor support, and more!

I can't say enough about my positive experience with Sharon and my Hypnobirthing classes. The atmosphere was warm, personal and accepting. The class was informative and provided me with not only information but also with tools and resources. I have taken other birthing classes in the past and this class and Sharon are very unique. Sharon has a wealth of knowledge and she shows true care & compassion for birthing mothers. I feel very prepared and peaceful about my upcoming birth. I would encourage anyone looking for childbirth education or looking for hypnotherapy services to contact Sharon at Sacred Beginning.
