- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very competitive but what is important is providing the best service that you deserve!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to know: (1) Document type (Car title, POA, etc.) (2) How many document types is needed (3) All information is filled out on the document before the notarization (4) Every signer will be at the location at agreed upon date and time (5) I am here to help make you feel comfortable with your notary services I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 28 years of notary experience and am an official certified Remote Online Notary (RON) which means I can notarize your documents electronically. I also have experience as a loan signing agent. I have a MSA in Project Management and a BBA in Business Management with a minor in Interpersonal Communications.
