Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. helping tenants, buyers and investors with their needs from renewing leases to relocating to lease, purchase, build and invest
Speaking to accountants, attorneys, bankers, agents helping them understand the market.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. We have done over 650 assignments
no other trainer/speaker/coach is active consultant
has done what we have done.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. that there are so many agents not properly trained.
Getting a license is just the start
without the proper foundation you really can't help someone!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. we have a form on our website to help tenants,buyers and investors get started as well as a form on our teaching site to help agents get what they want.
The better we understand the issues the better we can assist them!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. helping others reach their goals like I have reached mine!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can you structure training to our specific needs!
Yes all of our training is structured nothing is canned.

and have been for 15 years
We can get our classes certified for continuing education and have in many states around the country

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. In 1995 I helped Bank One now Chases with a $20 million transaction that helped me be able to form my own company.
I worked with Bank One for five yes FIVE years before I got that assignment.
Being persistent without being pushy and building a relationship is key!
That enabled me to be financially stable.
Save enough money to move ahead with my goals and dreams to financial freedom!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. how hard and long we work and research for them.
I am just finishing a project that will be almost two years start to finish with no pay until the tenant is in the space and paying rent!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I had one friend in it in LA in 1986, he thought I might be good in it. I traveled back to Ohio for a wedding that summer drove down to Columbus where I went to OSU and had a "gut feel " that the city was going to grow
nothing more. I had no background whatsoever in the business. Almost 24 years later it was the best decision I have ever made. I am financially free and can do what I want with whom I want.
A great feeling!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. just finished helping the Disciplinary Council of the Supreme Court of the State of Ohio renew a lease two years early to take advantage of the current soft market.
We had places them 8 years ago in their current location.
we saved them tremendously.
IF we can make them happy we can make anyone happy.
We just finished teaching Coldwell Banker Commercial's national convention for the 3rd time this past May in Las Vegas
We have helped many of their agents learn grow and propser. Many have come to see me individually
have purchased our book and CD and laid out a proper foundation for life long success!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I teach the Continuing Education in many states.
I read every day about trends and I have a "think tank" group of 8 of the top consultants in the country that I meet with and discuss issues with each month.
I am an SIOR and have take all of the CCIM classes as well!

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Yes with the soft market in most areas
it is a great time for early lease renewals.
If you learn that strategy you can save your clients like never before!

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. teaching we spoke for the California Association of Realtors and Coldwell Banker Commercial
One was a three hour course and one was three courses a full day. Charges vary depending on location, duration and if one or multiple classes booked.

A. Hourly consult $200-250/hour
Classes $1800-5000/class/day plus expenses
either I go to them or they can come to me.
I actually house agents that come to me to spend a full day and they can observe all we can.

A. a good strategic and financial plan.
written out goals, 6-8 months living expenses.
I made about 12k my first year and over 100k each year since!
