I am constantly continuing my makeup artistry education by traveling all over the country to attend educational seminars and trade shows. I also work hard to thoroughly educate myself on most of the cosmetic lines, both pro and retail.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When choosing a makeup artist, find out what kind of training a makeup artist has completed. A true professional makeup artist will have graduated from one or several professional makeup schools. This matters because a makeup artist who is self taught or a makeup artist who has only attended cosmetology school has not been exposed to vital industry training that can only be attained through a professional makeup school. Hiring a professionally trained makeup artist is the only way to ensure that you, as the customer, are getting a professional level of makeup services.
