Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Tru-Tile has been providing high end quality work for over five years now, and has expanded 50% a year over the last two years. Our growth is due to our commitment to customer service, skilled, polite, clean, and professional work ethic.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The fact that every day is a different challenge, and that in custom tile work you never encounter the same product twice. This makes every day a new challenge.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Customers almost all believe that tile is all the same and that "...all you need to do is spread some mud and smash a tile in it." My answer to that is you couldn't be more wrong. Tiles are made of different materials, and call for different materials to install them. Sometimes that area that they are being installed will call for an even different product such as a swimming pool, or exterior use. The worst mistake I see other installers and DIY homeowners is use the incorrect products to install tile and either the bond fails or is never even established. All thinsets are not created equal and that is why we use premium products. Tile is meant to last, so put it in for life.
