- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only offer flat rate cost to a customer who's cleaning needs stays the same. I can come up with a quote for the whole home. Deep cleanings, dishes & laundry are hourly only. I work with families & their budget.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wiping kitchen & appliances, wash and scrub bathroom area, floors are important to most of my customers... dusting, cleaning behind furniture.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's more important than you realize to be hospitable to your cleaning crew. For example; If your home temperature is comfortable, they have an easier & faster time cleaning- which saves you $.
