Francois was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable (Apple & PC). Many technicians know only PC, so be at peace if you have an Apple. He was also persistent in making sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. In the process of discovering the issues we had, he had to make a second appointment to finish. He then returned with options for us that was proactive and time saving, and of course, fixed our internet and cabling issues. We are very satisfied customers and will recommend Francois to friends.
