Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. My most common job involves removing viruses, spyware, and trojans that have crippled computers. We also do a lot of hardware and software upgrades, password recovery, and networking services.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check references and get several quotes before allowing anyone in your home or on your computer. Look them up with the Better Business Bureau.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. A lot of our customers just don't realize how dangerous it is out there on the Internet. We can show you how to protect yourself and make sure you don't get your identity stolen or expose sensitive data to prying eyes. Treat any unsolicited offer your receive in email or on a website or on a chat session the same way you would if someone approached you in a dark alley. Be careful!

A. We really enjoy solving problems and helping people when they are at their wits end.

A: We have a low overhead and do a lot of volume.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I started ScottyExpress after friend of mine told me about getting ripped off for a few hundred dollars by a large franchised computer services company. They send out kids who don't know what they're doing and charge outrageous prices. Won't say their name but they're a bunch of geeks who usually work out of a large store with the initials BB.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. All of our techs have bachelor degrees and are constantly keeping up with the latest and greatest in the field.
