Mark Webber's Landscaping was contracted to install a seat wall with deck and paver patio. To do better he needs to honor the contract and obtain a building permit, build the structure to code, follow the decking manufacturer's specifications, follow National Electric Code, put in the organic materials like the contract says, and not re-use 20-year old joists on a new deck. Oh yes, and not take six months to complete the project.

I have been a customer of Mark Webber Landscaping for many years, and have always been pleased with the level of service and communication with Mark and his team. Over the years, Marks company has installed a new landscape (still beautiful after many years), new lawn, underground piping and French drains to solve a water issue.
